Access Denied XCloner.php issue | Joomla Support | Forum Archive

Hi, I am a newbie here at XCloner, but I am having an issue which should be easy to sort, but seemingly isn't.  I've used XCloner on two other Joomla sites (one Linux, one Mac OSX - both Joomla 1.7).  I now have an instance of Joomla 1.5 running on a bitnami WAMPSTACK on windows 7.  I have taken a backup - fine, and I can see the backup.  However, when I come to restore, when trying to access the XCloner.php page, I get an access denied issue.  I have checked the permissions of the folder and file, and they seem fine.  Is there anywhere else I need to check?

In addition, on the 1.7 instances I ran, a TAR.php file was generated, but I do not see that being done in the 1.5 version - is this correct, and does this have anything to do with what I am seeing?
