I have made an update in the XCloner core package, so you can disable the amazon ssl option, that should help fixing the issue!

I upgraded. I now get this message, but when i look on AWS the files are not there?

The software is reporting that the file has been succesffully copied, might want to check again the amazon account!

To backup multiple databases, you need to assign the mysql user you've setup in your XCloner Config->Mysql tab to the extra database so it has reading permissions, once you do that, they will appear listed in a list inside XCloner Config->Cron tab and you can select them there.
