Attempting a full site and database clone to a new testing server and I am getting these errors:

Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/***/public_html/***/XCloner.php on line 292

Could not set permissions! Permissions file /home/redzeph1/public_html/valeriasalon//administrator/backups/perm.txt not found!

Files succesfully copied to /home/***/public_html/***/

Configuration updated!

Then I move on to install the database files:

Unable to read the database backup file
/home/***/public_html/***//administrator/backups/database-sql.sql
, database was not imported!

What am I doing wrong? My migration is not working.

Try and leave the "Restore by using server utilities option" unchecked

Hello, I was getting the same error, but unchecking "Restore by using server utilities option" had no effect. Interestingly, when I examined the /clone/administrator/backups/ directory, I saw *only* index.html and no .sql file. During the backup, it showed 55 tables successfully backed up.

What I found to resolve this was to disable "incremental SQL import".

I fought with this for some time, so hopefully this helps someone else in a similar issue.
