Backup doesn't appear | Joomla Support | Forum Archive

I'm using Joomla 2.5.11 and the 3.4 XCloner version,

I've made
a successfully backup with no error messages or warnings and I was able
to see the backup on the XCloner panel on "View backups"  but after 30
minutes I tried to download the backup from the XCloner control panel
but it no longer was there, there was no backups on  "View Backups" so
it disappeared..! I didn't change the original backup directory so I
keep them on: /home//mysite/administrator/backups

Then I look up for the backup using FTP to access my server, and also the Cpanel from my hosting but the backup is not there..!

It
looks like the backup is there but is not visible because the occupied
space on the server disk increased after making the backup,

Can you please help me?
