Backup failed, please check..... + solution|Joomla Support|Forum Archive|XCloner

Hi,

I get the message:

Database backup:

gaspard01_db01: Backup Complee ( 1.35 MB )

Backup failed, please check your tar server utility support!
 

The problem was in my case:

The server is a windows7

I work on port 8093 in stead of the standard 80

So in my browser i go to: .............. :8093

The backup try to make the file: backup............. :8093........

And that is not possible on windows, it create a file with a shorter name.

SOLUTION:

In cloner.functions.php:

add the line:

after the line:

$domainname = $_CONFIG['mosConfig_live_site'];

and after the line:

$domainname = $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'];
