I try a backup of my Homepage. The Database was backed up OK, but during the files backup I have an interuption at approx 20%.
XCloner Mainscreen is blank without any messages.
I already disabled AJAX support.
If I enable AJAX, it comes back with the message at 40%:
There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Open the administrator/backups/perm.txt file and look between lines 2700 and 2800 , see if you notice any large files you could exclude...

OK, at this position I have .jpg pictures from my gallery. But it's not bigger than 250 kB each. Is this a problem?
OK, I could exclude the pics but I'd appriciate to have a complete backup containing everything to restore at one-click.
Any solution so far?

Now I excluded all my jpg's and the backup is running until line 5300. Then the same issue.
Line 5300 is a .php file of 8 kB. So the size should not be the prob.

Is the backup process stopping when the file reaches a certain size? could you post a screenshot of the full error screen?

something seems to be wrong with the board.
My last 3 post where emty. Maybe when inserting a pic ?
Back to topic:
Probably it seems to be a limitation at 28-29 MB. That's approx. the break
point.
Maybe I can send a screenshot on another way (mail, PM ...)?

Try and check with your hosting support if they have any files size limitation. Feel free to upload the image using an online service like http://www.filedropper.com/
