Hello everybody!
After my first problem (an error with JSON data) and its solving by changing Backup Refresh Mode to Normal, I'm getting my second problem now:
After the backup progress has started, it works a while and then it stops abruptly. Please take a look at the attached screenshot to get what I mean…
What can I do?

Could you post here a screenshot with your JSON error message? The current issue you have is probably related to a server timeout which JSON method deals best.

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Did you retry the backup process by clicking the Retry link? Also, how much disk space do you have available?

Of course I tried. But the error occurs everytime at the same point.
And I have about 10.000 MB disc space free.
