Hi

 

I have always used Akeeba Backup and thought I would try your system as I like the idea of being able to transfer via FTP which I am not able to do in Akeeba.

 

I transferred my website to a new host (test host) and was abel to log into the backend of the website after it restored but on viewing the front end all I get is a blank white page?

 

I am using this website as a test for your software so before I upgrade to premium support I do need to know that your software will work correctly with my websites, are you able to advise what I need to do to get around this white page issue please?

You need to first enable php errors display on your site to see why exactly the frontpage crashes, then you should be able to decide which way to go...
