Hi

When I upload xcloner.php file it says upload complete but when I try to procede it says the file does not exist.

I have no access to my server files because its a shared hosting and the company dont give me the access. I made a backup, using xcloner, of the restore folder and i downloaded the TAR.php and xcloner.php.

My xcloner.php have this errors:

echo "<h3>Access denied, if you are trying to restore a backup, please move the restore script in another directory!</h3>";
echo "Unable to open my directory for reading and listing!";exit;}

How can I fix this?

Thanks

In this case you would need to upload the restore script and backup archive as mentioned in this tutorial /wiki/index.php?title=Restore_Backup#Restore_Backup_.E2.80.93_Manually

Hope it helps!

Hi

I already done that and I read the posts here and the tutorials before starting this post.

The thing is that I can't upload XCloner.php file. I have uploaded all the files but this one gives this message, for example when I try to change the name: 550 XCloner.php: No such file or directory

I would advise checking in with your hosting support, it could be an issue from their end.

Like I said in my first message "I have no access to my server files because its a shared hosting and the company dont give me the access." I asked them to send me the files but they didn't.

I downloaded the XCloner.php usign the XCloner backup.. I made a backup of the restore folder. But I guess this does not work.

I was just asking if I can solve this somehow. Maybe there's something I can do that I'm not doing.

Thanks anyway
