And where do I find the directory administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore ?

I am using WordPress. I had installed and activated xcloner some time ago but was unable to run it. I now need to back up my site in order to upgrade to the latest version of WP, but I can't log in. On the log in page, a user name and password are automatically provided, but when I click the login button, it just refreshes the page. I do not know how to reset the password as described because I don't know where to find the cloner.config.php area, nor do I know where to find the directory you provided above.

Ann, for wordpress, the directory is wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore. The login issue you have however might be related to the site php.ini sessions.save_path which is not writeable, try checking with your hosting support on that.

Hope it helps! Ovidiu

Thank you, Ovidiu for your prompt response. I looked in the wp-content/plugins folder and there were no folders other than the akismet folder, which leads me to believe all my plugins must be stored on the server itself. (?) I am contacting my host about this and the inability to write to the site php.ini sessions.save_path. Thanks again.
