I have successfully (I think) created a backup of my live Joomla site. I would like to create a clone of the site on my local driive for testing.

I have read through the sections about Restoring in the Users Manual and Wiki but I can't quite follow the instructions. I can ftp the backup file from the server to my local drive. I would like to install the backup in the directory http://localhost/joomla15/ 

How do I do that? Which section of the Wiki should I follow?
