CRON job not executing

I have XCloner 3.4 on Joomla! 3.1.5
I have configured the plugin for website and DB backup, and I set up a CRON job on my cPanel. However, it never runs. I have contacted my hosting provider, and they said nothing is wrong on their end.
When I execute my cron from the XCloner backend, it works beautifully. This job will make the backup, export it to DropBox, and then delete the backup file on the server.
Here is how I set up my cron job in the cPanel:
