Hi Ovidiu

 

Having real difficulty downloading the manual and JoomlaCloner files. The download gets to about 90% (99% in the case of JoomaCloner) then simply stops. Very frustrating! Is it the site, the files themselves or could it be an issue from my side? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

HI Gerard, try and use a ftp client to download the backup files from your Backup Store Directory directory, it will help! The issue you have there might be a system limitation!
