Hi everybody!

I'm using Joomla 3.0 together with XCloner. I set the backup to be sent at my email address, but I receive only the report of the backup process with no backup in it... am I missing something?

My hosting provider gives me a little control, but as far as I see from the console they give me, there is no error (timeout error are shown, so I suppose any other problem with php would be here). I also tried to backup just the DB, so that the attachment is very small, but I got the same email without the backup.

I also think it's strange there is nothing after "mail sent to" and "deleting older backups...", but probably it's not related.

Did you setup an email address to send the backup to in your XCloner Config->Cron tab?

Yes I did, anyway I solved it, the problem is that my hosting provider was blocking email with attachment (I contacted them), and I thought the backup was going to be sent together with the log and not a separate email, that's why I thought the problem was just the missing attachment, now it works 😉

Just one more thing: the email I receive with the backup is from "(unknown sender)", is there a way to set it so I can use gmail filters?

For that you will need to edit the cloner.cron.php file, should an easy fix as you simply need to look for the current sender.
