I have installed XCloner 3.4 on Joomla 2.5.14 and I cannot access the interface. Every time I try to access the interface, I recieve a 404 error "Component not found". I have made sure that the component is enabled. 

 

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

Were any files copied in the administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore/ folder? Check that, as well as try to reinstall XCloner to see if it helps!

No files were placed in administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore/

 

When I re-install, I get a new listing of the component under Extension Manager: Manage. Could there be a setting or permissions that need to be changed?

I created the folder and extracted all of the information into the folder under that directory. Thank you for your help.
