error retreiving the JSON data - always worked before|Joomla Support|Forum Archive|XCloner

Hi I would appreciate your help if possible.

I have using this component and it has been working fine for a long time now but all of a sudden I can’t perform a backup and I get the following error:

Error(Mar 2, 2012 @ 12:16:41) - Invalid query: The 'SHOW PROFILE' feature is disabled; you need MySQL built with 'enable-profiling' to have it working

I asked the hosting company if any settings had changed on their end and they said nothing had changed, and I havn’t changed any settings on my end.
