Hello!
There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!
Details: error — undefined
JSON url: index2.php?task=recurse_files&mode=&nohtml=1
and…
JSON url: index2.php?option=com_cloner&lines=12261&task=refresh&backup=backup_2011-09-13_20-23_spinnakerdestin.com-nosql.tar&excl_manual=
Database Version 5.0.77
Database Collation utf8_general_ci
PHP Version 5.2.17
Web Server Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat)
WebServer to PHP Interface apache2handler
Joomla! Version Joomla! 1.7.0 Stable [ Ember ] 19-Jul-2011 14:00 GMT
Safe_Mode turned Off
Open_basedir set to No Value
php.ini max_execution_time set 120
I also tried Normal refresh but several times the page would refresh to a blank page… I'd much rather use Ajax.
Best Regards,
wolfix

Could you post a screenshot of the full generate backup screen with the error message?

I would advise first to try and exclude all files and see if you get a database backup, and then try and exclude some of the large folders from your site and see if you can get the backup process to continue. I would also advise if possible to try and increase the max_execution_time to a larger value, try 3600

I discovered a cron job that was monitoring Apache... the job was restarting Apache every 60 seconds because it thought Apache was not responding.

My apologies...

Component works great!

WordPress database error: [Table './xcloner_data/wpx_wassup' is marked as crashed and should be repaired]

I was having the same problem as the other gentleman. I excluded all files and get a backup of just the SQL database. In which file would I change the "max_execution_time to a larger value, try 3600?"

Thank you!

Roger

Roger, please run a repair query through phpmyadmin on your existing database, it should help! Ovidiu
