Hello.

I installed xcloner and everything seemed to work fine. The backup process started scanning all the files of the system. But when I should have started to process files I got the following error message:

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Details: error -- undefined

JSON url: index2.php?option=com_cloner&lines=18998&task=refresh&backup=backup_2012-06-30_12-37_www.mariaserrano.com-sql-nodrop.tar&excl_manual=

What can I do? Some idea?

Hi Siggi, what is the estimated backup size? If possible, try and exclude any large files, check the disk space available as well as click the Retry link to see if it helps...
