Hello,
I am trying to make a backup and after processing the tables it gives me the next error:
There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!
Details: error -- undefined
JSON url: index2.php?task=recurse_database&nohtml=1&dbbackup_comp=&dbbackup_drop=&startAtLine=90&startAtRecord=80000&dumpfile=/mnt/web3/b3/49/53591749/htdocs/administrator/backups/database-sql.sql

Did you try clicking the Retry red link? I am guessing you are running into a timeout, so try decreasing the "Database records per request" option to a lower value inside the XCloner Config->System tab
