Hello!

Recieved an error message while trying to back up our site. Despite the error a back up was successfully made. 

But I'd sure like to know what caused it. Thanks so much!!

Error message:

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from
the server, try again or contact the developers!

Details: parsererror -- Invalid JSON: TAR
error: Unable to open file 'administrator/error_log' in
