Error while doing restore | Joomla Support | Forum Archive

1. i used step by step the instructions for backup.

2. i transfered with xcloner the backup and the files on the new server.

3. on file manager through cpanel i can see the size of the backup (5.61 gb)

4. i try to use xcloner.php

5. the error: i see the size of the backup as 0.00 mb

6. i try to restore and i have the following error: The database details provided are incorrect and/or empty. Unable to connect to mysql server.

7. i try to choose: choose local clone archive and i have the following error: Could not continue, unable to read the clone backup
file! Please make sure you copied the backup in the same directory as
XCloner.php

8. it is possible to have this kind of error because the back-up is big?

can somebody help me?

p.s. i tried also with copying the files tar.php and xcloner.php again but i have the same error.
