hello
I have a problem, I installed the version XCloner2.1 and joomla 1.5.20 . I make the backup and everything ok.
when I go to restore me
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ftp_connect() in /membri/myshare/administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore/cloner.functions.php on line 524

That means your php installation was not compiled with support for ftp functions. I would advise following our wiki tutorial and skip this step, move the backup archive and restore script we provide manually to the restore location so you are able to continue the process

I see another prblem in the configuration info is marked in red and the voice open_basedir and PHP exec () function support
How do I enable ?

To modify those, you would need access to the site php.ini configuration, and you need to set open_basedir to no value, and remove the exec function from the disabled functions list

Please check the full php.ini description here http://www.php.net/m.....file.php , usually this is a file normal users don't have direct access to and they need to ask their hosting support to make the changes
