Hello,
When I generate a file backup, only 2 files are seen and 0MB is backed up. Database backup works fine.
Did forget something in configuration?
Temporary Folder | E:\HostingSpaces\Sellier1\helpindischen.com\wwwroot\administrator\backups is writeable the path [Backup Start Path/administrator/backups] needs to be created and be writeable in order for XCloner to work properly |
Backup Start Path | E:/HostingSpaces/Sellier1/helpindischen.com/wwwroot/ is readable the backup start path needs to exist and be readable in order for XCloner to start the backup process |
Backup Path: | E:/HostingSpaces/Sellier1/helpindischen.com/wwwroot/administrator/backups is writeable needs to be writeable in order for XCloner to archive backups |
Tar utility server path: | unable to determine If the script is unable to determine the tar path automatically, you might need to uncheck the 'Active' checkbox near TAR line in General Tab |
Mysqldump utility server path: | unable to determine If the script is unable to determine the mysqldump path automatically, you might need to uncheck the 'Active' checkbox near MYSQLDUMP line in General Tab |

I don't think there is a problem with Xloner extension. I tested with same version of Joomla and Xcloner with Xammp on my laptop, and it works like a charm.
It has to do something with permissions, but on the otherhand the startpath is readable. I opened a ticket with my hostingprovider hope that they can help me.

Okay I've got it working. What I did is move the Website out of te Root Folder of the Hosting space and placed it in a Subfolder named joomla. Made change to configuration.php to reflect correct folders. Changed the folder setting as well in hosting tool to reflect the correct URL.
No it is working and its a great backup tool !

My last and final update, placed Joomla back in rootfolder because I had some 403 error messages after moving the website to a subfolder. Hosting provider made some backend adjustments. I didn't know my hosting was on Windows 2008 R2 Datacenter Edition, I assumed it was Linux based. Everything works fine now.
