I'm getting the following error message: Warning: ftp_connect() [function.ftp-connect]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /home/content/40/8812540/html/joomla/a1/administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore/cloner.functions.php on line 698
FTP connection has failed!Attempted to connect to...

I'm using the same credentials that are successfull with FileZilla.  I've seen other people have issues but I can't figure out how to resolve mine.

What value are you using as ftp server name? Try replacing it with only the ip address and see if it helps!
