I am having issues connecting to ftp when I try to clone. Does user name and password has to be ''?

 

for FTP host can we use ip?

The ftp user and pass need to be without quotes, as for ftp hostname, try the ip address, that usually helps!

 

Also, change the "Ftp transfer mode" to Passive in your XCloner Confiig->System tab.
