Hi to all, I'm a new member, I try xcloner for backup my db MySQL, but after installing the component and try to access I have this message:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please
contact the server administrator at [email protected]
to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you
performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I have seen my log files, but nothing to important is appeared.

The folder com_xcloner-backupandrestore is empty, I try to re-download again and re-install component, but nothing.

where am I wrong?
