Hi,
I have a problem during backup. Always in 54% the backup stop and this message appears:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
There is no errors in error_log
xcloner do an incomplete backup file
Any ideas? Thanks

Usually this indicates some kind of limitation from the hosted server, could you post a screenshot after your XCloner Config->Info tab? Which php version are you using?

K, you will need to upgrade your php server version to at least php 5.2.3 in order to be able to use the AJAX feature that could help prevent the 500 error. Meanwhile, try and decrease the "Files to process per request" option to 50 or less in your XCloner Config->System tab and see if it helps.
If you like, feel free to open a support ticket and send us your site admin details to see if we can manage to get the backup going.
