Hello

 

I am brand new with Xcloner. I just upload my website, I am trying to get my first back up, and I received this message:

 

Backup Start Path Check:
OK (/)
Backup Store Path Check:
Invalid directory (/home/desastre/public_html/pixelayers/administrator/backups)

Temporary Path Check:
Invalid directory (//administrator/backups)

Auhentication:
OK
Backup Ready:
NO

 

How can I fix that? Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi Jose, as per the XCloner install instructions, before you can start using it, you need to create the administrator/backups directory in your site root you want to backup (presuming /home/desastre/public_html/pixelayers ?), as well as make it writeable.
