Hi,

I'm having been some problems when I do backup of my site. The app displays following message:

Details: parsererror -- Invalid JSON:

Warning: scandir() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/localdam/public_html/administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore/classes/fileRecursion.php on line 142

I didn't make changes in the security access...

You will need to ask your hosting support to enable the scandir() function, otherwise you should try and set the "Backup Mode" to Normal in the XCloner Config->System tab and see hw it goes.

I did what u told me about the settings in "Backup Mode" and the app has processed the backup file normally.
