Hi all,
This might be a quick question, I'm thinking no as 1.6 is a not just an update but has been built from the ground up, anyway here is the question:
Can you install XCloner on 1.5 and copy all the content to 1.6?
If not, can anyone point me in the direction of a good migration tool for this task?
Many thanks in advance,
Lewis
Hi there! XCloner is not a migration component, it's a backup and restore utility, so that the restored site will be the same version as the original one.
If you check the Joomla 1.6 upgrade wiki here http://docs.joomla.o.....omla_1.6 , you might find the info you need.
Cheers, Ovidiu
