I just installed xcloner and attempted to the first backup and getting the error below.
Any help will be appreciated...
There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Try and switch the Backup Mode to Normal in your XCloner Config System tab and see if it helps!

I tried that and now xcloner is now reporting "Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data"
I am unable to go past this error. I tried on safari, IE, and Chrome, same issue.

Try decreasing the Files to process per Session option to a lower value like 25 and see if it helps!

Same error. I even decreased database request and ncreased time between request from 1 ms to 5ms.

Switch the Backup Archive option back to No and try again. If it still does not work, change the Backup Mode option to Normal and see how it goes...

If it still does not work, change the Backup Mode option to Normal and see how it goes - Screen goes blank after I press continue in the Back up screen.
