Hi there.
1. Could you post a screenshot after your XCloner Config first tab as well as the Info tab?
2. as well as a screenshot from the current View Backup area
3. have you checked the disk space available on the site?
4. please post also a screenshot after your backup screen with the error

K, try and switch the Refresh mode option to Normal in your XCloner Config->System tab and see if it helps! For some reason, the error you are receiving there it's related to the filesize function, could you post also a screenshot of the View Backups area?
