when i try to make a backup i get this error

Have you tried clicking the Retry link? If so, can you tell me what is the backup size as you see it in the View Backups section?

Yes i Clicking the Retry link for some times, the backup size is 55MB.

Unforutnatelly the issue seems to be related to a server timeout, try and exclude some of the site larger files to see if you can get the backup process to continue over that 55 MB size. Also, check with your hosting support to see if they can increase your hosting limits, and check as well if they have any file size limitation....
