Dear support,

i just installed xcloner to joomla 2.5 and tried to backup. Getting the following message after 69%:

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Details: error -- undefined

I already read the config-documentation as well as several posts and tried things like excluding large files, setting to 20 files per request, no compression, back up mode to normal...

May the max-exec.-time be the problem? It's set to 3600s but I don't know where I can change that value...

What is ther resulted backup archive size and how much disk space do you have available? Try and open also the administrator/backups/perm.txt file and look at lines 6000 and 6100, do you notice any large files there you could exclude?
