OfflineHi,
technically it all worked well, but when I attempted to login to the backend, the server presented error 500. It took me a while to sort this one out, but in the end some permissions must have been the problem - when I changed the web/-dir (and all subdirs) to 755, that worked.
Next: authentication-problem at Joomlas backend. Solution: reset pswd in db-table _user.
Finally: while working with JoomGallery (creating a new category), I got a jFolder-error: "could not create directory". I asked for help in JG's Forum, but got no help in 12hrs and (as I really needed to move on), I uninsralled and re-installed the component - and it worked. So it seems something essential wasn't cloned here, but I have no idea what it was.
But still: thanks for a great timesaver which really helped to speed up that process!
