Hi i am trying to restore a clone to a new server on godaddy.

I keep getting the following message when i try to run the restore process.

The database details provided are incorrect and/or empty. Unable to connect to mysql server

I have created a new database but do not realy know what info to enter on the resore screen.

Can you advise me on what i should enter for the following:

Mysql server : localhost

mysql username: skiphire1

mysql password: **********

mysql database: skiphire1

Data encoding: default

Can you please help!

I would advise checking with your hosting support to see what are the correct mysql details you need to enter, if you are using cpanel to manage your site, the mysql user and database name get prefixed with the account username like user_skiphire1
