Hi,
I have moved our domain to a new provider. Now, after xCloner was installed successful and I call it, I get blank view. No login or other messages. What is wrong?

Try checking your site error log, there might be some issue with the hosting server, if you try to access xcloner directly, like http://..../administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore do you get the same issue?

Hi Admin,
thks for reply. The problem was taht the system was backuped from a linux server and the new location was located on a windows server.
In the meanwhile thois problem is fixed by moving to a linux server. But now I hav another propblem. I'm shure that I insert the right SQL credentials but nevertheless the system returns that there is no connection to the database after the restore process is don for 2,09 %. After that error I can't login the backend.
I'm very hopelessly because there is much work to restore the Site step by step.
What do you need to help me?
