I newly installed XCloner. When I tried the first backup, I got an error message: "There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!"  After looking on the forum, I thought it was likely a permissions issue so I set the file and folder permissions to 644 as recommended to someone else with a similar problem.  Now the error message is gone and I get a success message but only one file was backed up.  What am I doing wrong?

Details of the original message:

There
was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the
developers!

Make sure your E:/web/abbeydal has reading permissions for all users and also update the path in XCloner Config to

E:\\web\\abbeydal

same for the Backup Store Path

Thanks for your response.  I reset the permissions to allow all users to read, and modified the path as you suggested but it is still only backing up one file, no errors or warnings.

Total process: 100% out of 1 files

Could you post a screenshot after your Generate backup screen, files tab? Also, after the XCloner Config first tab.
