Hello,

I am using Joomla 2.5.8 and would like to know if there is a manual way of installing xcloner or  a manual way to uninstall it.

at present it appears as a component in joomla, but when i try and use it I get a 404 error, if I try and refesh the cache it shows that I am missing various files. I have confirmed these are missing from cpanel.

The issue I now have is that I can not install or remove the component, trying either gives errors.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Craig.

To install xcloner simply extract the package files and upload them in the administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore folder.

I would suggest checking that your Joomla install is configured to work properly, the issue you have seem to be related to the Joomla system.
