When I try to back up I kept receiving this message since I installed JComment:

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Details: parsererror -- Invalid JSON: TAR error: Unable to open file 'components/com_jcomments/jomsocial_rule.xml' in binary read mode
{"backupSize":"9743360","percent":"8","option":"com_cloner","task":"refresh","json":"1","startf":1000,"lines":"12086","backup":"backup_2011-09-27_13-22_www.3-lights.com-sql-nodrop.tar","excl_manual":""}

JSON url: index2.php?option=com_cloner&task=refresh&json=1&startf=900&lines=12086&backup=backup_2011-09-27_13-22_www.3-lights.com-sql-nodrop.tar&excl_manual=

I would suggest to try and adjust permissions to 644 on the components/com_jcomments/jomsocial_rule.xml file and see if it helps, otherwise you might need to exclude that file to get the backup completed!

It worked perfectly just by adjusting the permissions of the file to 644.

Thanks very much !!!
