Bonjour,

 

les sauvegardes manuelles se passent bien (sans tar car je suis chez Gandi en simple hosting et apparemment le chemin /bin/tar ne correspond pas) mais impossible de faire fonctionner un cron (erreur 500).

l'instance gandi n'autorise pas ftp mais il faut utiliser ftpput (que j'ai testé et qui fonctionne bien).

est-ce du à ca svp ?

par avance merci pour votre aide.

What is the cron command you are using? Try and use the php executable one like

 

php /home/.../pathto/cloner.cron.php

Hi,

First, thanks to answered so quickly !!

I used cloner.cron.php?config=My_Conf_backup.php with "execute cron job" in the cron tab.

I watch in the apache logs and I've got a error "exection time out".

I saw in another topic that I should enable compression server but unfortunately the path /bin/tar does not seem valid and I'm not even sure that they allow that in Gandi.

I just try writing a php.ini with

max_execution_time = 180;
but without success ... in effect it seems that gandi blocks it at 120
upload_max_filesize = seems to be block too at 64M

Increase the max_execution_time to a larger value and switch the cron command to the type

 

php /home/.../pathto/cloner.cron.php My_Conf_backup.php
