Hi to all.

I am very new to this. I want your help please.

I didn't succed to to take a backup. I mean that I generate a backup, fill in the desired stuff, and when I click continue....It takes a while to load and I get an error from chrome or ie that the page cannot be displayed. Hit refresh ...etc.

Is there something I might look at?

Make sure the Manual Backup option is set to Yes, and the Backup Mode is set to AJAX if your php version is bigger than 5.2.3, that should help with the timeout.

 

If you have an older version than 5.2.3, you might need to create separate backups for the database/files by excluding one from the other.
