I am probably missing some very simple step, but when I start the restore to my localhost I get the Save As dialog box to save xcloner(1) which is the script I downloaded with tar.php and the backup file. The live server does not have XCloner.php in the root when the backup was created. The script then gets to 2.88% and stops. Any attempt to restart the script just goes to the Save As. What am I doing wrong?

I tried that and a backup excluding .htaccess file and exactly the same thing happens. Howev tther the .htaccess file is there again after the refresh even though I excluded it from the backup.
Here is what is in the file:
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php53 .php .php5 .php4 .php3<IfModule mod_expires.c>ExpiresActive On<FilesMatch "\.(pdf|flv|jpe?g|png|gif|js|css|swf|cur|ico)$">Header set Cache-Control "public"ExpiresDefault "access plus 1 month"</FilesMatch></IfModule>
Thanks, Ken
