Hi
I have used XCloner for restores successfully on several joomla installations
all using the same website. Now I am trying to do this from our test server to
our production server using a different website url.
Since I do not have permission to create a mysql db this was done
for me by our admin hosting us. He also had to change configuration.php
for things to work.
Two things puzzle me and I do not know how important they are.
1) I notice this file database-sql.sql which has not appeared on
any of the other restores made or at least not in the administrator/
backup folder. It seems to be created by Xcloner and looks like a database dump
from the previous host.
2) The restore is missing a searcher module usually configurable from joomla admin.
This makes me think that the restore was almost successful but not the exact copy
I was hoping for.
Question: Do i need this database-sql.sql? Should I delete all and start again as
this module is missing?
