Screen comes blank under cloning

Hi
Im trying to clone a site from one server to another.
I start by making a backup, then click clone. I type in the data needed and click next, and then i get the empty screen as on the picture 🙁
Am i doing something wrong?

Hi Neil, check with your hosting support that they have support for the php ftp module. If not, better use this restore wiki , it should help as an alternative restore method.
