Hi,
I have the backup up and running now, but I would like to test the restore functionality now.
The way to do the restore is:
question I have now is:
What should I do with the existing website.
What I want to test is: e.g. somebody hacked my website, or some of the publisher really broke the whole structure of my website, and I just would like to recover to an old version and start over again.
Question is: What should I do with the existing website before I start the restore action ? Which files should I delete, should I cleanup some databases, etc. I have a Joomla website, and I only have very basic knowledge of how that works (just a happy user).
Kind regards,
Luc
