Hello,I installed xcloner and configured everything. Than I started my first backup which seemed to work but then suddenly I got this:
There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!
Details: parsererror -- SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data JSON  url: 
index2.php?option=com_cloner&lines=23732&task=refresh&backup=backup_2012-03-13_17-44_agresur.promoarte.eu-nosql.tar&excl_manual=

What can I do?

Try excluding any large files from your site (check first 100 lines from administrator/backups/perm.txt file to see if you spot any), as well as try to decrease the Files to process per request option to a lower value like 15 in the XCloner Config->System tab.
