Hi,
i use xcloner on my joomla site.
For a relaunch i generated a backup und clone it to the sub dir /v2/
Now i changed the domain-root to this directory and edited the configuration.php from joomla.
But now xcloner don´t work no longer 🙁
If i want to generate a Backup i get this error:
There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

If i exclude the "Media" dir from backup i get this error:

Try and decrease the Files to process per request option to a lower value like 50 in your XCloner Config->System tab and see if it helps!

I tried it with 40 ... but the same error appears.

Could you post here a screnshot of the error screen to see all details? Also, have you tried to backup only a few directories to see how it goes?

The v2//media/reviews/photos/thumbnail/300x300s/59 directory needs to be excluded from your backup as XCloner does not have permissions to read it...

No that don´t work. Like in my first post, if i exclude the dir a new issue appears...

Check your administrator/backups/perm.txt file, first 100 lines, do you notice any large file there that you could exclude? this error is probably due to a timeout while the other one above is related to permission setting.
