Touble accessing the xCloner.php file at move

Hi . . .
When I perform a backup to clone to a different server . . . I can do that . . . . but at the end it doesn't give me the xcloner.php info or link. There is an error
Moving source file restore/XCloner.phpFTP upload has failed for file www/XCloner.php ! Stopping ….
When I do get the xClone.php to appear . . . I get an error on the TAR.php file. I can't get both to generate without arrors.
I have the public_html folder set to 777 also. Any ideas?

Try checking the ftp upload path and make sure it's correct for the provided ftp details, otherwise, you can simply move the restore script and backup archive manually to the new location so you can continue the restore process as specified in our restore wiki.
