Hello,

Thank you for this component,

I have installed it in the process of transfering to a new host,

and after many trials and page timeouts, i successfully transfered the files to their new places,

except that when I am trying to restore the sql on the new location, it gives me the following error:

User '…………' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 75000)

And this is according to the incremental sql.

but if i do it without the incremental sql, i get the following (which is really weird):

Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 62210516 bytes) in /…………./XCloner.php on line 1189

Thank you in advance for your help

Kindest Regards

Stephanie

Hi Stephanie, you will need to contact your hosting support on this, it seems they have a limit on how many mysql quesries you can send in an amount of time, you could ask them to import your administrator/backups/database-sql.sql backup file if they aren't able to increase that limit .

Regards, Ovidiu

I am guessing the backup archive has been extracted from the initial restore process, check if the configuration.php file has been update with the new mysql details, other than that, the site should be restored and working...

Try and clear your browser cache and see if it helps, can you post here a screenshot of that error? Ovidiu

Hello

Thank you for your reply. and sorry for my late reply,

i changed some variables in configuration.php and it worked

I don't remember what they were, but i think it's about $live_site variable
